Green Neighborhood Scorecard Winners to be Announced at Green Home Tour

The GOC’s Green Neighborhood Council (GNC) has developed the Green Neighborhood Scorecard, a tool to assess the greenness of neighborhoods while identifying areas of environmental need. The scorecard is a multi-question survey to be completed by neighborhood residents. Survey topics include energy, recycling, food, water and transportation.
